If you look up #Skincare on Insta, it’s guaranteed that you’ll see Farmacy’s Honeymoon Glow. I noticed this product always popping up on my feed and how everyone is obsessed with it, so I had to try it for myself. So what is it? It’s a powerful night serum that resurfaces skin and reduces the look of pores and fine lines, formulated with a 14 percent AHA/BHA/gentle flower acid blend to exfoliate and honey to hydrate.

I’ve tried many night serums but this one is my favorite one. I definitely noticed my skin looking plumper and more hydrated the next morning. So what makes this serum different from the rest? It’s an exfoliating serum. It’s an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) & beta hydroxy acid (BHA) serum. It has a 14% AHA/BHA/Flower acid blend, which is pretty potent for an acid serum.Lactic, glycolic, citric and fruit acids exfoliate dead skin cells, promote cell renewal, target hyperpigmentation and help reduce the appearance of pores, fine lines and wrinkles. This serum does use the regular lactic and glycolic acids, plus it has natural acids from: sugarcane (glycolic), sugar maple (tartaric acid) plus lemon & orange fruit extracts (citric acid). 3% of the acid blend comes from flower acids  (hibiscus flower). Hibiscus flower is known as the “Botox plant”.  Hibiscus flower extract gently exfoliates while moisturizing skin. It has natural AHAs, antioxidants called anthocyanocides which protect against free radicals, have astringent & anti-inflammatory properties. It’s also moisturizing! The 1% BHA comes from the natural salicylic acid in willow bark extract.Natural salicylic acid from willow bark helps reduce the appearance of pores. Can’t forget about the Proprietary Honey Blend Known for its soothing and humectant properties, this special honey provides skin-loving moisture and nourishment, plus antioxidants. So what makes this different from Sunday Riley’s Good Genes? Sunday Riley’s Good Genes has glycolic acid, retinol, antioxidants combined with squalane, aloe and handful of botanical extracts to smooth, retexturize and hydrate. Farmacy’s Honeymoon Glow AHA Resurfacing Night Serum is packed with glycolic, citric, salicylic & hyaluronic acids in a 14% AHA/BHA blend.

This product is now my go to product. I love how this product is cruelty-free and made with only non-GMO ingredients and natural fragrances. It is also free of synthetic fragrance and mineral oil. I highly recommend getting a bottle now!
